Email Setup

ReleaseForge allows you to create an address book of frequently emailed addresses. Typically, each SourceForge project has one or more mailing lists (eg. developers, users, announcements, etc...). You may wish to add each of these mailing lists to your ReleaseForge address book.

To access the Email Setup (address book) facility select a SourceForge project from the main window and then select Email Setup from the Actions menu.

Enter each email address in the text field and then press the Add button to add them to your project's address book.

If you wish to delete an address from the address book, simply select the appropriate address and then press the Remove Selected Email Address button.

When you have completed your changes, press Ok in order to save them.

Once you have saved your addresses, you can then use the Email Announcement wizard to email release information to specific address book entries.
